Through guided reflection and creative exploration, we’ll tap into the wisdom and soulfulness of trees—symbols of strength, resilience, and renewal—to reconnect with our own inner humanity.
Together, we’ll explore and reawaken essential qualities such as resourcefulness, regeneration, reliability, resilience, optimism, and most importantly, hope.
